$8000 Tax Credit for First-time Homebuyers
The federal government extended the $8000 tax credit for first-time home buyers, or if you haven't owned a home in the previous 3 years, for homes that are purchased between now and April 30, 2010. To learn more about the program, click on the link below.
They have also expanded the program to now include a $6500 tax credit for home buyers that are NOT First-time buyers.
